Daniel Ng Chairman
Daniel Ng Yat Chiu founded the first McDonald's restaurant in Hong Kong in 1975, and was instrumental in launching McDonald's franchises throughout Asia. Through his leadership and entrepreneurial vision, McDonald's now operate over 200 restaurants in Hong Kong and over 700 in China.
A native of Hong Kong, Dr. Ng was educated at the University of Illinois and holds a doctorate degree in chemical engineering from London's Imperial College of Science and Technology. From 1965 to 1972, he worked in Chicago at the Institute of Gas Technology, a subdivision of Illinois Institute of Technology, where he managed projects on environmental protection and energy systems. He returned to Hong Kong in 1972 and, prior to starting McDonald's, served as joint Managing Director of the venture capital company Inter-Asia Management Co., Ltd.
Dr. Ng is Chairman of the Board of AFS Intercultural Programs of Hong Kong, a trustee of the Silk Road Project, Inc., Chairman of the Asian Youth Orchestra, a member of the National Council of Musica Viva Australia, a member of the General Committees of the Hong Kong Arts Festival and the Hong Kong Philharmonic Society.
Richard A. Humphrey

Richard A. Humphrey has over thirty years of experience in content creation, including co-producing a Pulitzer Prize winning play, and a proven track record of developing innovative
and sustainable content strategies utilizing digital video publishing for broadband and emerging mobile networks. His unique vision for uniting the arts, arts education and technology communities led to the development of Arts4All, ArtsPass.com, A4A Mobile,
and, most recently, MyBroadway.com.
A4A Mobile's arts channel and premiere broadband property features original digital arts and arts education content - much of which is licensed and distributed through Discovery, Google, Clearvue and SVE. Mr. Humphrey has executive produced over one hundred copyrighted titles
for A4A Mobile, which are all available to MyBroadway.com.
Humphrey holds a B.A. from Bucknell University where he is the President of the Bucknell Alumni
Association Board representing Bucknell's 48,000 alumni.
Cheryl Dolby
Vice President Creative Affairs and Producer
Cheryl Dolby is the company's nexus for content and distribution technology, merging her considerable credentials in the Broadway, theatrical, recording, fine arts, satellite and telecommunications professions with A4AMobile's successes as a mobile media content provider and distribution platform. She brings more than 30 years experience in entertainment and the arts to A4AMobile and ArtsPass.
Dolby has held senior executive positions with such companies as the Shubert Organization, PrimeTime 24, Domino Media, and Humphrey Fine Art. She founded the Merlin Group, Ltd., an entertainment public relations company responsible for the national publicity and marketing campaigns for over 75 Broadway and Off-Broadway musicals and dramas, many of which won Tony Awards, as well as authors, stage, screen, and television stars, opera, rock and classical musicians.
A graduate of Northeastern University, Dolby was honored with the Outstanding Alumni Award from the College of Arts and Sciences and is registered in seven Who's Who annals, most notably: The International Who's Who of Professional Business Women; The World's Who's Who of Women and 2000 Notable American Women.
Alison Abels
Vice President Sponsorship and Marketing Partnerships
With 10 years' experience as a sponsorship and marketing partnership specialist in entertainment, Ms. Abels joined the A4AMobile team in March 2005. Ms. Abels is charged with creating compelling sponsorship and marketing partnership opportunities that provide brand building and development of new digital audiences. Prior to working with A4AMobile, Ms. Abels enjoyed 6 years in Advertising Sales at storied Madison Square Garden and landmark Radio City Music Hall as the Director of Event Sponsorships. During her tenure, Ms. Abels managed sponsorship sales for a multitude of theatrical productions and sports properties including the quintessential holiday icon, The Radio City Christmas Spectacular starring the world-famous Radio City Rockettes. Others properties included A Christmas Carol; Sinatra; The Wizard of Oz, Chase Championships Women's Tennis, College Hoops, Boxing, and the 48th Annual Grammy Awards on CBS. Abels worked with clients including Starbucks, Dreyfus, McDonald's, Canon Business Solutions, Coca-Cola, Panasonic and JP Morgan Chase.
Abels initiated her career in New York at Reader's Digest Special Interest Magazine Group where she mastered the art of direct mail, creative development and sweepstakes in circulation promotion then moved exclusively to sales promotion for one publication. There, Abels developed added value programs for advertisers and created sales and marketing tools for the Publisher and sales force.
Abels holds a B.A. in English and Theater from Bucknell University. She is the current president of the university's Association for the Arts and has also served on its board.
James P. Worley
Vice President of Technology
Mr. Worley has held a number of senior management positions in the information technology industry with a focus on the software industry. This includes his tenure in the president's position at Baan Global Outsourcing, a subsidiary of the Netherlands-based Baan Co. and Mantix Systems, a U.K.-based project management software company.
During the past four years as Managing Director of Evergreen Partners, Mr. Worley has become deeply involved in the evolving mobile wireless business with a focus on creating mobile application delivery platforms for both the consumer and enterprise marketplace. He helped Dynetic, GmbH to become established in the United States as a recognized mobile application software company. As a member of its senior management team, he has been instrumental in assisting the development of the A4AMobile go-to-market strategy.
Mr. Worley holds an undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and an MBA in international business from American University. Mr. Worley has also served on the Boards of Directors for Mantix Systems and the SAVO Group.
